movie corresponding to Fig. 4 shows the reversal of partial KF network
disruption. Pictures were taken every 8 s. OV (10 mM) was added to
cells 0.5 min prior to the start of time-lapse recording. Note the
transient occurrence of multiple granular keratin aggregates, which
disappear while a fine network is reassembled. |
